Get paid for the assets you've already kept running.
AI companies are paying energy operators and developers for years of work orders, field tickets, incident reviews and project decisions. Grid-security, control-system and customer records stay out. We check if yours qualify, introduce you to the right buyer and stay with you until you're paid.
Two minutes. No access to your systems. Nothing upfront.
What energy companies like yours can earn.
It depends mostly on how many office, engineering and operations staff you have, and how many years of records you keep.
Our market estimate for a US company with 8–12 years on its tools, built from three buyers' published pricing. Staff means office, engineering and operations staff. Not an offer: the buyer sets the price after review.
Recent deals
A purchase, not a licence: the buyer bought the company's operational record outright.
Communications, product knowledge, order history and supplier records.
CAD drawings, calculations, technical reports and specs.
Few energy companies have published a deal yet. One solar company sold its records outright; the other two are the closest published comparisons. As reported in 2026 by the firms that did each deal. Not independently verified. Owners aren't named.
What buyers pay for at an energy company
AI has read the engineering manuals. It has almost never seen why a crew deferred a repair, or why a project was dropped.
Maintenance and work-order history
Why an asset was repaired, deferred or replaced, who did the work and what it cost. Years of these decisions are almost never public.

Field tickets and incident reviews
What crews found on site, what went wrong and what changed after. Safety reviews are de-identified before delivery.
Lives inServiceNow, Salesforce, email, SharePoint
Drilling, operations reports and handovers
Daily drilling and completion reports, shift handovers and the notes that tell the next crew what changed.
Lives inWellView, Petrel, Teams, SharePoint
Project decisions and contractors
How sites get permitted, land and interconnection get secured, and contractors get picked and managed. And why some projects stop at go/no-go.

Your clients and team are never named.
Before anything is delivered, an independent firm swaps every name, contact detail, address and reference number for a consistent placeholder. The work stays readable. The people in it don't.

Re: Work order 4471902, compressor CMP-2207, Quillfield station: defer or repair?
Vibration on CMP-2207 is up 30% since August. Repairing now costs $48,000 and two days down. Deferring to the April outage risks a bearing failure like 2023, when we lost nine days. I recommend we repair this weekend with Ironbark Field Services. Call me on 432-555-0186.

Re: Incident review IR-0318, Sable 14-3H pad, hose failure
A hydraulic hose on frac pump 3 split during a pressure test at 1840 County Road 112. No injuries: Tyler Voss shut the pump down in 40 seconds. Root cause was a hose past its replacement date. Copperline Pressure Pumping will tag every hose by install date before the next stage. Questions to Dana Whitcombe on 432-555-0119.

Re: Go/no-go: Cedar Hollow Solar, 120 MW, queue position Q-2291
Northgate Power's facilities study puts network upgrades at $14.2M, up from $6M in the first study. Land options on 1,100 acres run to March. Recommendation: no-go, unless we can share the upgrade cost with the Juniper Flats project. Model on SharePoint at DEV-0447.

8–16 weeksEnergy companies with years of decisions in writing.
- 30+ office, engineering and operations staff, now or at your peak
- 5+ years on the same email and maintenance or project tools
- Work run in writing: work orders, field tickets, email, Teams
- Grid-security, control-system, customer and landowner records can be kept apart from the rest
- US, Canada or UK, mostly in English
CEII and grid-security details, SCADA and control-system configurations, customer billing and meter data, and landowner and royalty-owner records are left out by default. You don't need them to qualify. Operating, winding down or closed: all can qualify.
Questions owners ask us
What about CEII, grid-security and control-system data?
Left out by default. Critical energy infrastructure information (CEII), grid-security details and SCADA or other control-system configurations stay out. So do customer billing and meter data, landowner and royalty-owner details, and anything under a confidentiality agreement with a partner. You approve the scope in writing.
Does this fit our security and regulatory rules?
Rules differ by company and regulator, so check with your own compliance or security lead before you sign. You see the scope, the de-identification method and a sample of your own records early, so they have everything they need to review.
Will contractors, crews or landowners be named?
No. Names, phone numbers, emails, site addresses and well and asset IDs are replaced with consistent placeholders like [Contractor_12] before anything is delivered. You approve a de-identified sample of your own records first.
Who counts toward the 30 staff?
Buyers count staff whose work is in writing: engineers, planners, field supervisors, developers, and teams such as HSE, land, procurement and finance. Crews who rarely use email or work-order tools don't need to count.
What does it cost?
Nothing upfront. If a deal completes, you pay our success fee, agreed in writing under a mutual NDA before any introduction. No deal, no fee.
